We do not provide the actual table. You must make rental arrangements for table\/tables depending on the size of your event. You must also discuss alternative surface options with us (i.e. Islands, counter tops, buffets, etc.).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAll Grazing Table pricing includes set up, greenery, food, labor, plates, napkins and serving utensils. We do not provide clean up service on grazing tables. We may ask that your grazing table be placed inside during hot weather months. \u003cb\u003eCertain items on the grazing table will need to be returned to: 6448 Summit Pine Lane NW within 48 hours of your event. For this event we will need returned:tiered stands\/ice sheets\/cooler \u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eDelivery: We deliver all Grazing Tables and there is no charge for the first 15 miles. After 15 miles, we charge $1.50\/mile. This will be included in your quote with address provided.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBooking Process: The Inquiry Form is required to set up a quote. Once we receive the Inquiry Form, we will email options and additional questions. Once we have all the information, we will send over an invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the event. By paying this deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. If the deposit is not paid, you will not be considered booked. We cannot guarantee a date and time without this.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePayment: 50% is due to book your event (this is non-refundable). 2 weeks prior to the event, the final payment is due in full. If not paid by the due date, the booking event will be cancelled \u0026amp; the deposit will be forfeited.
