Please read the following FAQ's before inquiring about any of our offerings so you are familiar with the terms and conditions of our boxes, boards, and grazing tables.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver for a fee upon availability, with the exception of grazing tables. Grazing tables have extended delivery allowances. Please speak with our team to discuss delivery accommodations.   

Can I create a custom board or table for my event?

Yes, of course!  It would be our pleasure to curate the perfect custom board or table for your next event.  Simply contact us using our Inquiry Form (located here) to discuss your vision.  

Are there Gluten-Free or Vegan Options? Nut allergy? Meat-free?

Yes, absolutely!  We can accommodate any dietary request or restriction. Please note these requests in the comment section when requesting a quote.  

How far in advance should I place my order? What is your turn around time?

Generally speaking,  72 hours is the required amount of time needed to prep, curate & create. Cut off is 3 days prior to order. Grazing Tables require a 2 week in advance notice, in addition to date availability. We understand things come up. Our staff will work to make any reasonable order accommodation, time/schedule permitting. 

Can I keep the board?

The 14”x10” Italian Caprese/Burratta board, 14”x10” Delightful Goat Cheese Board, and the 14” Round Charcuterie are reusable palm boards or can be disposable. These boards are served on a tray & placed inside a sealed bag for proper handling, and secure pick up/delivery.

The Small, Medium, and Large Charcuterie boards are served on wooden boards that must be returned within 48 hours of event to the business address provided to you or a $40 charge will be added to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy?

Boards and Boxes: Refund will only be allowed if cancelled at least 7 days before scheduled event or payment will be forfeited. Orders cancelled thereafter are non-refundable.

Grazing Tables: 50% is due to book your event (this is non-refundable). 2 weeks prior to the event the final payment is due in full & if not paid by due date the booking event will be cancelled & deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a cancellation after the full payment has been received this will also be non-refundable and will be forfeited.

What is the process for booking Personal Boxes & Boards?

All boxes and boards are intended as appetizer portions, and presentation varies. For boards, if you are interested in full meal portions we recommend ordering at least 2 boards.

Ordering & Payment:

72 hours advance notice is required on all orders. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Refund will only be allowed if cancelled at least 7 days before scheduled event or payment will be forfeited. Once we receive the Inquiry Form (you can find here), we will email options and additional questions. Once we have all the information, we will send over an invoice. By paying this invoice, you are agreeing to these terms. If the invoice is not paid, you will not be considered booked. We cannot guarantee a date and time without this.


Pick Up & Delivery:
Pick up is included. Delivery is available for a fee upon approval. All wooden boards must be returned within 48 hours of event to business address or a $40 charge will be added to the card on file

What is the process for booking a Grazing Table?

Grazing Tables come with an assortment of greenery or eucalyptus (flowers can be added for additional cost), gourmet cheeses, cured meats, honey, Fig Spread, jam, seasonal fruits, crudités with dips, pickles & olives, dried fruit & nuts (please specify if any nut allergies), gourmet chocolates, crackers, fresh baguette and fresh garnish.

Grazing Tables are created on disposable food-grade paper and come with palm leaf plates, napkins and disposable utensils for serving. We do not provide the actual table. You must make rental arrangements for table/tables depending on the size of your event. You must also discuss alternative surface options with us (i.e. Islands, counter tops, buffets, etc.).

All Grazing Table pricing includes set up, greenery, food, labor, plates, napkins and serving utensils. We do not provide clean up service on grazing tables. We may ask that your grazing table be placed inside during hot weather months. 

Delivery: We deliver all Grazing Tables and there is no charge for the first 15 miles. After 15 miles, we charge $1.50/mile. This will be included in your quote with address provided. 

Booking Process: The Inquiry Form is required to set up a quote (use the Inquiry Form here). Once we receive the Inquiry Form, we will email options and additional questions. Once we have all the information, we will send over an invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the event. By paying this deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. If the deposit is not paid, you will not be considered booked. We cannot guarantee a date and time without this.

Payment: 50% is due to book your event (this is non-refundable). 2 weeks prior to the event, the final payment is due in full. If not paid by the due date, the booking event will be cancelled & the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a cancellation after the full payment has been received, this will also be non-refundable and will be forfeited.
